HOMEIn order to further establish and improve the Company’s long-effect incentive mechanism, attract and retain excellent talents, sufficiently mobilize the enthusiasm of the Company’s senior executives, medium management and technical personnel, and realize the enterprise’s sustainable development, Nanjing Chervon Auto Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (“Chervon Auto” or the “Company”) has formulated the Restricted Stock Incentive Scheme in 2020 (Draft).
The incentive objects of restricted stock are the employees of Chervon Auto (including its branches). According to national relevant policies, incentive objects shall not be Chervon Auto’s independent directors, supervisors, and other personnel who shall not be listed as incentive objects according to policy regulations. As approved by the Company’s Board of Directors, this incentive scheme is endowed to 39 incentive objects in total, including 2 senior executives and 37 medium management and technical personnel.
After the examination by the Company’s Board of Directors, the following personnel will be listed as the incentive objects of this equity incentive scheme, and they are now publicized.
